Where your rolls are left
We deliver to your property or the closest suitable and accessible point. We'll always leave your turf in the most convenient place we reasonably can, where it's possible and safe. On occasion we may not be able to leave it exactly where you'd prefer. Add any vehicle parking or access notes on the order form.
Rolls aren't carried through houses or garages or into back gardens, so plan how you'll move them.
On your delivery day

We'll let you know when your turf is on its way and again once it's been delivered, although the message may not arrive at the exact moment it's left.

Count and check
Count your rolls as soon as they're left and tell us the same day, with a photo, if anything's wrong.

Lay it
Turf is perishable, so lay it the same day if you can.
