Ordering
When do I need to order by?
Order by 2pm the working day before your delivery or collection at the latest, but please order as far in advance as you can to avoid disappointment. On occasion, later ordering may be possible where a date shows as available.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our order form starts at the minimum and goes up in whole rolls.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are final once placed, because your turf is cut for your day. If something changes, call us and we'll help where we reasonably can.
Delivery
Will the rolls be carried into my garden?
No. They're left at your property or the closest suitable and accessible point.
Your turf
Some rolls have torn edges. Is that normal?
Yes. Torn edges and rolls in more than one piece are a normal part of harvesting fresh turf. Butt the pieces together as you lay.
When can I mow my new lawn?
Once it has rooted and doesn't lift when you tug a corner. Set the mower high for the first few cuts.
